College life has just started for me, and it's really been taking up my time. I haven't actually been /busy/ the whole day, but I've certainly not been in front of the computer. Alas, my updates in everything (the xanga, chocojournal, here....) have decreased. And I think I said I was going to try and make this thing pretty sometime -- I suppose that's on hold for now, as well. -__-

There's probably some sort of deep, psychological meaning to all this. I can't use the excuse of being busy as a crutch for my inactiveness, honestly. I've noticed that I'm very eager to start a lot of new, interesting things, but when it comes time to keep it up, I fail miserably. LJ is just one example of that, I guess.

But rest assured! I don't intend for my LJ to be an ugly duckling forever. One day, I -will- get this thing looking nice.

Or at least, nicer than it is now. But that's not saying much, eh?

I'm sorry my journal is so ugly ;_;

Seriously though, I intend to put a little more effort into this thing sometime soon. LJ is a little confusing to me, since I'm not used to working with such a flexible interface. Xanga sites are very easy to mess around with on their basic settings, because there're only a few options to tweak, and lots of schemes. -___-

I'll attempt to make this thing less of an eyesore. Really. o_O For now, though, I'll just attempt to find the least-irritating default color scheme.

Much props to Aeris for giving me the hookup. ^__^ So now it seems I've got three outlets for blogging: my xanga site, the GFF ChocoJournal, and the LiveJournal. I get a sinking feeling that now I'll update even less -__-;;;. With three different sites now, it'll be a challenge coming up with different entries in a timely manner. But! I guess I'll see how it goes. For now, though, I'll just experiment with the layout and all. LJ is like UNIX compared to xanga. It's all moddable, and stuff. =p
